On this episode of Hallowed Ground, Joe Sir’s son, Drake, shoots his first deer ever out of a Muddy Bull Blind during Iowa’s youth hunting season. This is the second year Drake is hunting, but during this youth hunt, he takes his first deer ever.
Youth hunting can sometimes be very tricky to handle and make the most of. First off hunting with young hunters requires careful attention and patience. Hunting from tree stands or ground blinds can be done, but nothing beats youth hunting from box blinds. Joe and Drake start there hunt off in a Muddy Bull box blind.
